As 2025 comes to an end, we are taking a moment to reflect on a year that marked an important phase in the development of Blueprint.

This year was defined by building foundations, gaining visibility and engaging deeply with the healthtech and medtech ecosystem. From officially launching the company to participating in leading startup programs and investor events, 2025 helped sharpen our focus and move our mission forward step by step.

Over the course of the year, we reached several important milestones:

• Official incorporation of Blueprint Biomed, formally launching our mission to advance innovative solutions for bone regeneration

• Recognition in leading startup competitions, including 3rd place in the Science4Life e.V. Venture Cup and a Top 5 placement at the HSG Alumni Gründerpitch

• Selection for the BIH Clinical Incubator (CLIC), supporting the further development of our clinical and translational strategy

• Participation in major ecosystem events, such as the Medical Biotech Startup Program by Hello Tomorrow or the HealthTech Investor Summit in Utrecht, enabling valuable exchange with investors, founders and industry experts

Beyond these visible milestones, much of 2025 was shaped by focused work behind the scenes. Scientific development, strategic planning and continuous dialogue with experts helped lay the groundwork for the next phases ahead.

One of the defining aspects of 2025 was the quality of exchange throughout the year. Open discussions, constructive feedback and critical questions helped refine our approach and strengthen our strategic direction. We are equally grateful for the strong commitment within the Blueprint team, whose work and focus made these steps possible.

Looking toward to 2026:

With a solid foundation in place, we are entering 2026 with clear priorities and momentum. We look forward to advancing our development efforts, deepening clinical validation and continuing to engage with the healthtech and medtech community.
