German Accelerator supports high-potential German startups in scaling internationally through highly tailored programs focused on key innovation hubs, including the United States. The U.S. Market Access Life Sciences program is designed specifically to help companies navigate the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system, combining intensive mentoring, hands-on workshops, and direct exposure to the local ecosystem.

Participants benefit from close collaboration with experienced mentors, many of whom have built and scaled companies in the U.S., as well as from targeted guidance on regulatory strategy, reimbursement pathways, market access, and business development. In addition, the program provides access to a strong network of industry experts, investors, and potential partners across the medtech and life sciences landscape.

For us, this represents an important step toward bringing our approach to bone regeneration closer to clinical application in the U.S. As a medtech company operating at the intersection of science and clinical practice, expanding into this market requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, clinical expectations, and commercial dynamics.
